Door Contact Sensors Product Catalog
Door magnetic contacts is an intrusion detector for doors and windows status monitoring in the security system, which is made of a reed switch and a magnet. Ideally, the sensor and magnet should be in direct contact when the door is closed. This is why these sensors are called "door contacts". Opening the door will cause the magnet to become separated from the sensor. This will release a metal reed switch inside the sensor. The sensor will recognize and report the change in status to the alarm control panel.
The compact (stubby) design allows you to use the contact in smaller spaces, without paying for a miniature design. Use on steel doors in standard or tight-fitting applications.
